Great experience. I sort of came in to set up a service appointment for my current Dodge vehicle and within a week, I had a new (to me) car in my driveway. Dan was great! Very informative, professional and just a nice guy. I have been in sales and customer service for over 40 years and buying a car from your dealership was a very good experience. Great follow up as well by Dan. I knew that he wanted by business, but I didn't feel that I was being stalked or pressured into anything. He worked with me to get the pricing where it needed to be, offered a fair/good amount for my trade in and work to get the services/warranty that I wanted in order to seal the deal. If the goal is repeat business and willingness to recommend, I will be back and will certainly recommend your dealership. It's also beautiful, clean and inviting building. The service department was also very friendly and accommodating, even though I had to cancel my appointment...with buying a new car and everything. :) If the service after the sale is good as I expect it to be, you have a very satisfied customer.
