I am sorry you were not satisfied with our recent visit. I see back in April 2023 we advised the vehicle came in low on oil causing your engine to be noisy. We recommended changing the oil every 3,000 miles according to the paperwork we provided you and I see the oil change was only done once in 3,000 miles. Since you have gone 8,000 or more miles in between oil changes which is what led to your current engine failure. Since Anderson took over we have the same employees from the previous owner to take care of our customers.
