In the interest of good customer relations our dealership always give a customer the benefit of a doubt. The allegations stated by this reviewer are 100% false. The coolant was replaced . This customer does not understand the laws of physics where the coolant enters the recovery bottle when hot and recedes when cold. The splash cover under the engine was also intact. We offered a full reconditioning in the interests of good customer relations. (Turns out a waste of time and money). The rear view mirror is not broken it has a tiny bit of play in it due to the fact that it is 8 YEARS OLD. Some people are impossible to please and look for ways to get something for nothing. This is the case here. It is best at this point that Kia of Attleboro and Ryan part company.

We have photos, receipts, and testimonials from our regular mechanic. "The coolant resivour should have been 100% replaced to read full on the unit". The vehicle was inspected with no coolant upon leaving your lot. The resivoir and engine were "bone dry", "The engine cover should always be replaced and never be put in the trunk".These arent my quotes. You marred my interior and im looking for free service? No i requested that you fix the damage that appeared after specialists began working on my vehichel. The rude and insulting demeanor has lead to an enviable law suit. Good luck
