It was easy enough to buy the car but they were taking care of the registration and dropped the ball. After not hearing from them for almost a week I called to check on the registration and they said they care of the registration and dropped the ball. I called my insurance company they said they had sent it two days earlier. I have to call Kia back and after being disconnected on twice I asked to speak to the sales manager who was unavailable. I needed the registration done that day so I could drive my car the next day because the seven day transfer period was up. I spoke with the manager who checked with someone else in the office and the paperwork had been sent two days earlier but they missed it, I also had left my salesman a couple of messages and did not hear back from him. He also offered me a gift card or a free fill up if I gave a good review. I still have not received that gift card……. More
