She’s also responded immediately to any questions I’ve had since. When we met with Doug to go over financing he took to the time to explain the different options we had between leasing and financing. He was also very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He made sure we were going with the best option that would be most beneficial for us! My sales person Noah was nice enough. Very mellow personality. It was extremely easy to purchase from the dealership with great selection and price. I didn't give four stars due to my sales person th personality. It was extremely easy to purchase from the dealership with great selection and price. I didn't give four stars due to my sales person though. I helped get the paperwork which he said he never received over fax when I received a copy but could not open. I had it escalated they had receipt it was sent to emails and correct faxes but he kept saying he never received. I got him a direct line and then he told me he needed an insurance binder which is not my responsibility to get him. Also I had follow up questions regarding a check I was supposed to get back. I texted Noah on the same feed we had been communicating about the insurance and he never responded. I called Jessica which was my original contact and she has been amazing. I would recommend the dealership and Jessica, but would not recommend Noah as once the deal is done and he's made his numbers there is no follow through More
