The customer care I received was fantastic - everyone I came in contact with from start to finish was patient, kind, efficient, and a total night and day contrast to other dealerships I have dealt with. It was so comforting knowing that my car was in such proficient hands and was constantly notified as to any updates regarding changes in status of my vehicle, which is unheard of at most dealerships. Dana Goodman kept be abreast of every notification he had received regarding my Impreza, always keeping me in the loop and never leaving me in the dark - I cannot tell you how fantastic it felt to receive this level of customer care, its unheard of in todays typical dealerships. As a business owner myself, I cannot express enough how difficult it is to find a dedicated and knowledgable employee, Glanzmann Subaru should consider itself lucky to employ someone with the customer service proficiency that Dana Goodman possesses. After test drive I honestly wasn’t sure but then Steve pointed out that they had another one available, and with an open mind, we took him up on his offer to drive another. Walked out with an amazing Magnetite Gray model that has so much more features than the one I came in to see. My first Subaru purchase and Steve’s enthusiasm for the brand as well as everyone I came across in the dealership made the car buying experience Exciting rather than dreaded stressful. After spending a good amount of time talking with Ken, I felt confident in my decision to purchase a CPO Forester. The repairs on my 2005 were cost prohibitive, and it was time for a much needed, long awaited upgrade. When I drove my 2017 2.5i Forester off the lot Wednesday evening, October 2, 2019, I knew I made the right decision. From start to finish, I have only favorable feedback to share about Glanzmann and the team with whom I worked. I would recommend the dealership as well as Ken B.
