Jacob Johnson turned out to be the best dealer representative we have ever dealt with when car shopping over the past 40 years. He listened to our budget expectations and preferences and took them to heart. He did not pressure us to go beyond what we wanted to spend and quickly gave us choices that fit our needs. When we said we needed to give some thought to our decision, he said he looked forward to hearing from us in a day or two. No pressure, no sales tactics.
