Very straight forward I received a quote online which was significantly better than my home area of central Wisconsin. Dan was friendly, professional, polite and informative. He presented options for additional warranties, etc., but did not pressure us in any way, which is a refreshing change. He thoroughly went over the vehicle and followed up by phone a few days later. We left with the exact vehicle we ordered and paid exactly what we were quoted, so we couldn't ask for more than that.
