Dan was friendly, professional, polite and informative. He presented options for additional warranties, etc., but did not pressure us in any way, which is a refreshing change. He thoroughly went over the vehicle and followed up by phone a few days later. We left with the exact vehicle we ordered and paid exactly what we were quoted, so we couldn't ask for more than that.
