However, when I took my vehicle to Youngblood Nissan they diagnosed the problem as a right rear wheel hub which needed to be replaced. Fortunately I had purchased an extended warranty from Nissan when I purchased the car new and the repair only cost the $100 deductible. My wife dropped the car off and Youngblood's provided a rental car, again covered by warranty. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful to my wife. The repair was completed by end of day. The following morning I returned the rental car and picked up our Altima. Again the service staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The problem was solved and we again have a nice quiet ride. More

Rep didnt listen I handed him my paperwork and he just said I wasnt covered by Nissan. I had to come back after I called the number and they said the guy must be new go back and have him us or you can go anywhere but since I was still in the parking lot I just went back and then he says btw your tires are really out of alignment More

Above and beyond service My wife called me around lunch and told me she was having engine problems and that her van wasn't driving right. I called and asked for Daniel and he My wife called me around lunch and told me she was having engine problems and that her van wasn't driving right. I called and asked for Daniel and he cleared out a spot for us within an hour to bring it in. After she got there, he was able to get her in right away and assured her that he could get it fixed that day. I felt the quote was reasonable for the repairs and he even left two bottles of water in the van with a thank you note afterwards. He has helped us out several times over the past few years with other issues as well. We appreciate his hardwork and professionalism, it's huge to have trust in the mechanic shop when you take your vehicle in. More

Service Department We take our 2016 Nissan Altima to Youngblood Nissan for oil changes and all needed service. Overall we have had good experiences with them. But we have had many times after the oil change the reset lights are set for the wrong mileage for the next service. We have talked to them about using the 7,500 mile oil but having the senser set for 3,000 miles instead of being correctly set for 7,500 miles but it keeps occurring. More

Quick, Dependable, and Trusted Service I wouldn’t trade my service manager, Daniel Chitwood, for a moment! And, as a single woman looking out for myself, I’m not that trusting of service p I wouldn’t trade my service manager, Daniel Chitwood, for a moment! And, as a single woman looking out for myself, I’m not that trusting of service people! I know I can trust Daniel, though. He’s kept my turbo on track so that after six years it still runs like a dream. He keeps me up to date with my service manual; and if I balk at a repair, he explains its necessity in terms I can understand. He had my oil change done quickly on a very busy day, and he makes me aware of any necessary, but expensive, future repairs. And he lets me use coupons!!’ Old ladies like coupons!! More

I was even reaching out to finance managers I know and salesmen I know and telling them what a great culture it was. I called up for a quote on brake pads for my ‘17 Altima. I was immediately transferred to the right department and was met with warmth and availability. I worked with Daniel, he’s a rockstar. He has gorgeous eyes and a nice smile and he’s helpful and loves his family. I got scheduled within the week and was able to drop my car off before work. They called me every step of the way, and when I went to pick it up, I met more of the staff. The gal behind the payment counter was DELIGHTFUL and full of compliments and was quick to smile and laugh. I honestly felt like I was home the entire time I was there. They washed my car and had a “Thank You” placard and an ice-cold bottle of water waiting for me. My interior was spotless, they checked my alignment and my tires for free and found a nail I didn’t even know was there. Their prices were comparable (and better than) other brake mechanics I’d gotten quotes from around town. Honestly in love with the entire experience, it was all sparkle and joy from phone call to drive away. More
