Daniel and the finance fellow were courteous, friendly, professional and concerned with our satisfaction. I negotiated with Daniel over text and once we came to an agreement on price there was absolutely no pressure to purchase any add ins. Very professional and courteous with how they treat the customer. OTD pricing included only standard required government fees (tax/title/license) and the dealer documentation fee was nothing out of the ordinary. Upon arrival they allowed me to take the vehicle for a test drive and a pre purchase inspection with at my preferred repair shop. Closing was a breeze and my time spent at the dealership was easily less than an hour. Everything you could hope for in a used car purchase. More
