Always a 5-Star Experience at Tom Clark Auto Park! Everyone was smiling, friendly & welcoming, no hovering, no pressure, just good energy all around. What I loved most was how relaxed the whole process felt. They let me & my husband talk things through on our own, answered every question honestly & even let us take the vehicle home overnight to really see if we loved it. Who does that anymore?! This is our 3rd vehicle from Tom Clark Auto Park & we also bring all our vehicles here for service. They’re always transparent, with no hidden fees, no games, just honest people who genuinely care. I had a great experience with Tom Clark Auto Park and the sales consultant Daniel Cucovatz. I contacted the dealer online, and a customer representative contacted me within minutes, followed by the sales co sales consultant Daniel Cucovatz. I contacted the dealer online, and a customer representative contacted me within minutes, followed by the sales consultant a short time later. I negotiated with Daniel over text and once we came to an agreement on price there was absolutely no pressure to purchase any add ins. Very professional and courteous with how they treat the customer. OTD pricing included only standard required government fees (tax/title/license) and the dealer documentation fee was nothing out of the ordinary. Upon arrival they allowed me to take the vehicle for a test drive and a pre purchase inspection with at my preferred repair shop. Closing was a breeze and my time spent at the dealership was easily less than an hour. Everything you could hope for in a used car purchase. More
