He was so knowledgeable about the business at hand. He inspected and drove my car, was complimentary of how my car looked and drove, and how well I had maintained it. After he researched the KBB value of my vehicle he made me an offer that I could not decline. He handled the transaction so expertly. He was even concerned about how I would get back home. He offered the services of RCH in the event I want to do similar transactions in the future. I will definitely take him up on the opportunity, without hesitation. More

I'm not one to leave online reviews, however my recent visit to RC Hill Mitsubishi in Ocala, FL far exceeded my expectations and resulted in a great vehicle purchase. Both vehicles in our household were visit to RC Hill Mitsubishi in Ocala, FL far exceeded my expectations and resulted in a great vehicle purchase. Both vehicles in our household were totaled inside of one month. We were certainly not expecting to purchase a new/used vehicle anytime soon. We had 6 days to return the rental vehicle after the insurance company totaled the second car. We met salesperson Daniel Gamero at RCH Mitsubishi and asked to see a car we saw online. We didn't have to wait long to see the car and was quickly on a test drive. The car was exactly what we needed at a great price. The online price is the price you pay, no need for price haggling or upselling. The last car we purchased took 5-6 hours to get through everything and was just a tiring experience. Previous experiences had us the last people at 9pm closing down the dealership. At RC Hill, we were finished within 3-3.5 hours. There was no pressure to buy more car than we needed or add additional services. We signed the purchase agreement, then met with the Finance Manager to discuss a few options and sign the financing paperwork. While I waited for the car to be washed and topped off with a full tank of gas, the stress I had been carrying around knowing I have to replace two cars was receding. The car is fantastic, and I felt like Daniel and the rest of his team treated me very fair in this transaction. For the second car replacement, RC Hill Mitsubishi will be our first stop. THANK YOU! Ripped off. Watch what you finance. They got creative deals alright charging twice for the destination fee and didn’t apply all discounts that were promised. Watch what you finance. He had truck ready for me to look at and test drive when I arrived at dealership. He had a printout and went over the costs out the door, bottom line and went over everything. No hidden fees like other dealers. I got an awesome price for my truck. Dealership was nice and they had coffee and snacks available. I felt comfortable as it took awhile buying the truck and financing it. Daniel was not pushy and was professional and friendly. Met with finance manager who explained the lenders and rates and packages, etc. Finance manager was professional and courteous. I will be back in future when I need another vehicle. Love my truck!
