I had a very bad experience with another dealership a week before contacting ALM. I was paired with Daniel and explained this to him. He took all my concerns and addressed them. When it came time to iron out the final details, Timothy did what he could to exhibit a full understanding of my requests and went out of his way to make things work. Finally, Mike U. handled my financing and you could definitely tell he's a numbers guy. That being said, he made the effort to meet my demands.
