The front staff people were friendly. I would say I have an overall natural experience because they all did their jobs. I was disappointed by how poorly my used car was detailed. Felt like we got a good deal but the time at dealership took WAY too long. After test drives it took 4 hours from paperwork to detailed auto delivery so we could leave. That was painfully long especially w took WAY too long. After test drives it took 4 hours from paperwork to detailed auto delivery so we could leave. That was painfully long especially with 2 kids in tow. Need process to be faster like a couple hours at the longest. More
