Had a Recall on my Ram so I dropped it off to have work performed. I decided to have it serviced while it was there. Everyone that I was in contact with was very Friendly and Helpful to my needs. Couldn't have had a better experience with the Dealership. but with Ram not having the parts to fix my Recall was a bummer. Why send out a recall notice when you don't have a fix?
