I was looking at this truck online from hundreds of miles away. Daniel answered numerous questions, took any pictures I asked for, sent videos and communicated with me daily... and I bought the truck! BECAUSE OF DANIEL! I was extremely leery of buying a vehicle and the "tactics" of dealerships. It was refreshing the straight communication and honesty Daniel presented. So, when things did not work out for me (due to me) picking up the vehicle over the weekend, I asked Daniel to please ensure that everything was in place for me to pick it up on Monday. I would be driving hundreds of miles and several hours, so I wanted to show up, put a tag on the truck, and head home. Guess what?
