After a monthly payment was set! He CAN'T BE TRUSTED! Everything about my transaction was horrible! Including the vehicle, the information given to me over the phone was not the vehicles actual information. Everything was off, mileage, price, front bumper was TAPE from the inside! And a few other stuff. The ONLY good thing out of all this is that, I was able to terminate my contract! It was a waist of time and money! Not to mention, plus 5 hard inquiries added to my credit report! Avoid at all cost! A total Failed for Me! Do your do diligence before investing in a use vehicle! More

I would give zero to them. When I asked a car, sales Abed told me a price and keep calling me to come buy the car. Then the car disappeared online, I called, they said the car When I asked a car, sales Abed told me a price and keep calling me to come buy the car. Then the car disappeared online, I called, they said the car’s not ready and it’s waiting for parts. Then the car showed online again, I called , them they said it’s waiting for parts and might be ready next Wednesday. But the same day Abed called me said: oh it’s ready, come to see me. When I come, they said it’s ready and not waiting for parts, Abed printed out a paperwork which added $2000 before tax. Finally, I accepted it. But right after I paid in full, I saw a small crack on the windshield glass, I come back they refused to replace it but would fix it, and manager Daniel Medina asked me to wait for him then he brought a lot of paperwork to ask me to sign, saying the car was fully inspected and I signed. Then scheduled next Tuesday to fix the glass, asked me not wash the windshield glass. After it’s fixed, I left washed my car but saw so many dings on the windshield glass not only the crack, but when you come to show them the dings they gave you an really bad attitude refused to do anything about it. More
