Alex got me in very quickly to diagnose my no ac issue. He was very responsive to me need and was able to provide a loaner as well. Diagnosis went very quickly and parts got ordered same day. I hope I never have to go back. It was the worst service experience I have ever had. I own a local dirt work and paving business with numerous pieces of equipment that stay in shops It was the worst service experience I have ever had.
