Bought a brand new truck. It was missing a set of keys. They told me they would get me a new one. Called back a couple weeks later and they said it was on back order no big de It was missing a set of keys. They told me they would get me a new one. Called back a couple weeks later and they said it was on back order no big deal. Called back a few weeks later they said they was not getting me a new set. After an argument they told me ok we will order set now and I’ll call you when its in. Cool. They called said it’s in , I said my trucks due for a service in a couple weeks I’ll bring it in and yall can program keys same day. No big deal. Mind you they called me. I brought truck in for service and to get keys programmed that I was told they had in stock waiting for me. When I pick truck up for service they told me I will not get keys unless I pay for them. I will never use that dealer again shady and lie to your face. More

I went in just as they opened was greeted right away, which is better then waiting for someone to ask if I need help. It’s an oil change and a multi point check 20 minutes later I was given an invoice so which is better then waiting for someone to ask if I need help. It’s an oil change and a multi point check 20 minutes later I was given an invoice some peanut M&Ms paid my bill and was on my way. Couldn’t ask for quicker or courteous service then that. More
