Contacted Kernersville back in October 2023 when they 1st got the car. They had the car priced high considering the lack of detailed service history and the fact that their tech resealed the front cam reusin got the car. They had the car priced high considering the lack of detailed service history and the fact that their tech resealed the front cam reusing single use bolts that is against Mercedes factory guidelines. They offered me to talk with the tech but what good would that do? They showed no interest in a reasonable offer yet claimed they tried to work with me. Not sure what their definition of "tried" is but all I got was it's "our way or the highway." No one called or expressed a desire to discuss by phone. Subsequent emails expressing my concerns went unanswered. Bottomline: Failure of leadership. Several emails and texts that went unanswered to Daniel Padron specifically who sounds "young". There's no accountability at this dealership. Just a ferris wheel of reps who take turns and can't follow thru. It's the most bizarre and impersonal buying experience I've had. I found no one in a decision making capacity. They really do not care about customers and it shows. Unless you're local you'll be wasting your time. Disgraceful. I will never contact this place again. More

Very transparent during the whole purchase process. I was able to negotiate a fair price before stepping on the lot. No high pressure "closer" trying to sell you costly aftermarket "service plans", fabric protection, VIN engraving, and all that other xx one normally experiences. Just a huge inventory of new cars & trucks, breathtaking discounts, and an offer for your trade that is more than fair.
