After being introduced to the manager Val, he told us we were in good hands with Daniel and that was exactly how we felt. Val went above and beyond as well to work with us and Daniel by making sure we were within our budget. We recommend Chuck or Tim in finance they were both very helpful. I pretty much already knew what I wanted prior to arriving at King Kia (2016 Sorento SXL V6), and I have to say that my salesperson Daniel Rouff was g I pretty much already knew what I wanted prior to arriving at King Kia (2016 Sorento SXL V6), and I have to say that my salesperson Daniel Rouff was great in helping me to locate the specific color combination(s) and also helped me to determine which options I wanted. He was very patient with me, and each time I showed up for test drives (like 3 or 4 times), he always showed me respect and courtesy. Excellent customer service!
