First visit they bumped the price to $48,850. We walked. Next day they called saying come back at the original price. We did — and finance immediately killed the 1.99% rate, offering 6.99% even though I have excellent credit (800+ FICO). When we pushed back for the promised rate, they jacked the price up again to $49,370 with some random $2,750 “adjustment” we never agreed to.We got run through the wringer over two separate showroom trips. Ended up buying at ~$49,300 OTD at 1.99% because we liked the car, but the whole process felt like a deliberate trap. Jonathan tried, but management’s shady tactics killed any trust. If you value honesty, stay far away from Alliance Hyundai. Get every single number in writing and expect finance to try flipping the deal on you. Worst management experience I’ve had in a long time More
