The situation at this dealership has improved compared to the past, but they are still not operating at the level I would expect from a VW dealership. When I asked the next day if they had any in stock and how much they cost because I wanted to buy them, I never received a response. I find that quite unprofessional. More

Scammers. Terrible experience trying to buy a car online here. Was quoted an "out the door" price "with all fees included" that I was okay with. But when the salesperson sent me the Bill of Sale to review, they tacked on another ***$2000*** for "Accessories" (that when I asked wth that was it turned out to be a 7-year "LoJack subscription" that I didn't ask for) and $700 for "Government Fees" and refused to itemize exactly what those fees were for. When I told them I didn't want the $2000 LoJack subscription, they said it was mandatory and they pre-install them in all their vehicles. But they conveniently left that out of the "out the door" price I was quoted in the beginning. They also added duplicate fees to both the "Taxes" and "Government Fees" sections of the Bill of Sale. If I didn't pay attention that, it would have cost me an extra $700. They also tried to sell me a 2022 Alfa Romeo Stelvio with only 5/32" of tread depth left on nearly bald tires, not safe for summer rain, let alone winter. The car was going to need a new $1500 set of tires within a month or two of the purchase. If I didn't specifically ask about that and request photos, I'd wouldn't have known until after signing the contract and delivery. Total scammers and waste of a hard pull on my credit report. Have to start all over again at another dealership. Castle Volkswagen should not be trusted! I wish I'd read all the 1-star reviews on their own website first. This dealership has already been called out for selling used cars with worn out tires. Shameful practice. Glad I caught it before they got my money. Check the tires! Check for hidden fees on the Bill of Sale! More
