Front desk always helpful and willing to explain. I feel comfortable waiting in the waiting area. Staff is always accommodating to provide car service. Call service fit me in 20 mins from my call but there’s no communication with the call service and front desk so I had wait longer for the alignment. Didn’t mind waiting just stating the flaw. Also the call service is annoying to initially listen to. Originally calling in you would make the appointment with the person you trusted behind the service desk. In the end great service by the team and the job was done. More
