I made an appointment for my car to be picked up and have oil and filter changed and have it detailed. 3x I got emails + texts stating that I was to DROP OFF the car 3x I called to say this was not correct oil and filter changed and have it detailed. 3x I got emails + texts stating that I was to DROP OFF the car 3x I called to say this was not correct - the car was to be picked up and dropped off 2x I was told that in my account it said I was dropping it off the last time I spoke with someone who was angry, nasty and put out and told me the car would, in fact be picked up per what was in the system. I handed 2 coupons to the guy who picked up the car - one to cover the pick up and drop off - one to cover a full detailing of the car I ALSO emailed and TEXTED these coupons to make sure they were received The car was returned to me filthy When I called to say it was filthy the person I spoke with didnt believe me so I sent pictures and it was clear just how filthy it was... a good deal worse than when it was picked up. This is the second time a car was returned to me filthy... I believe there was already a full detail in my account. The last service person I spoke with went above and beyond to arrange for the car to be detailed in LA where I was with a business trip but there was no time. We had to book a town - car which cost our company hundreds of dollars. Not the best experience but the car is being picked up Tuesday to be detailed. I am hopeful it will be done this time.
