Danielle in the Rental Department was fantastic with setting me up in a rental through insurance while I was in the purchasing process. Jay was amazing to work with in the purchase of my new Grand Highlander; he was kind and easy to work with. His communication was excellent; he kept me up to date on every step of the process (even on his day off) and continued to follow up with me after the sale was finalized to ensure any concerns I had were addressed. Josh in Finance was patient and knowledgeable in explaining the extended warranties and setting me up with the best interest rate, and as always James in the Service Department has been top notch and keeps me at ease when I have any concerns. I will always recommend Ed Martin, and they will continue to get my business in the future. More

The facility is very clean and has some amenities, including a play area for kids and snacks since the process naturally takes some time.
