Jeremy spent the time to explain the car and ensure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Once I decided to purchase the Prius no one made a hard sell on any extras (extended warranties etc), the price was explained thoroughly, and the purchase was completed efficiently and in a timely manner. Through the whole process I never felt pressured and always felt respected. Having contacted a number of other dealerships in this purchasing process, I can honestly say Jeremy and Fitzgerald were the easiest to deal with and never made me feel pressured. Additionally, I was impressed with the professionalism of Jeremy and all Fitzgerald staff. Something as simple as having no typos in an email makes a good impression. More

We took it for a test ride, where Michael told us about some of the benefits of the buyer protection plan and I came back feeling very informed and comfortable with the vehicle purchase. The sales experience was very laid back and not rushed even though they had actually been closed and I’m sure wanted to go home. I test drove 2 vehicles an I had a great experience with my recent purchase of a 2015 Nissan Rogue from Fitzgerald with my salesperson Michael Scholl. I test drove 2 vehicles and he was extremely knowledgeable of the features on both vehicles, did a walk around of both the exteriors and interiors of the vehicles prior to the test drive, and was quick to answer questions my father and I had. During the test drive he made sure I felt comfortable driving the vehicle, and genuinely cared that I selected a vehicle that I liked and felt comfortable driving; he was not pushy at all. He also made the buying process very comfortable by presenting different plans I could buy for the vehicle like an extended warranty, buyer protection plan, etc. and was clear and up front about how much they would add to the cost of the vehicle. I am very happy with my Rogue, and for anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle at Fitzgerald in Chambersburg I would highly recommend asking for Michael Scholl. More

(He doesn't give out solid recommendations very often, picky man) The salesman, Kennedy, was very enthusiastic to help and immediately made me feel welcomed. One thing in particular that i liked about this location was that i didn't feel pressured to buy anything. He helped me choose between a few used options, and we took them for a test drive. He wasn't pushy or overbearing in anyway. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the steps needing to get me in the car i was looking for, and elaborated on things that I didn't quite understand, without any hesitation or frustration. I am a man working on building his credit up after years of slacking, they were willing and eager to help me out. They detailed and filled up the car, and even made sure i was satisfied with that before i drove away. They even held on to it to fix a few things before handing over the keys. Not all dealers are that up front and honest, and i appreciate that. My Used Hyundai even came with a 3 year warranty, and a perks card to use on things i may need for my vehicle. Overall this place is great, and I plan to buy from them for any future cars i may want/need. More
