After a brief conversation, it was clear to Tom that we weren't going to get what we wanted in a used vehicle, and that a new minivan (yet to arrive) was what we secretly needed. The transition and teamwork between departments was seamless, and scheduling pickup was a breeze! My relationship was originally with Tom, and he helped quarterback the entire process even though his focus was in used vehicles. It made it all so easy for me!
