Had an appointment to drive 1 1/2 hours to test drive a vehicle for my son that we already had a pre approval on and they sold the vehicle before our appointment. I called to let them know we were almost t vehicle for my son that we already had a pre approval on and they sold the vehicle before our appointment. I called to let them know we were almost there and they said that they were meaning to let us know that it was sold, yet 3 hours earlier I received an email reminding us of our appointment. Very disappointed in this dealership and the communication. Would not recommend and definitely will not be purchasing anything from them… More
