After I made an appointment, I received an email saying there was a recall on my car. I called immediately and the woman said it could be 2-4 hours for computer update, plus my oil leak appointment... so s there was a recall on my car. I called immediately and the woman said it could be 2-4 hours for computer update, plus my oil leak appointment... so she tried to get me a loaner. There was no answer from loaner dept and when I called back the man (Will) said that is not how it works, that you have to make appointment for loaner same time as appointment for computer update. So I couldn't get a loaner. Actually computer update was only 45 minutes, but the oil leak gasket needed to sit for a couple hours and Danielle was able to get me a loaner because I was already there for over 4 hours. I really appreciate her concern that she wanted to be sure the gasket sat for enough time, she was extremely helpful. Thanks More
