I appreciated that Dan asked for my documents ahead of time so all the forms were completed except for signatures. Jared kept the actual business end of the transaction quick and efficient. Both Dan and Jared were personable and equipped to answer questions. I bought the premium service agreement to cover 12 months/100,000 miles.
