I let Dan know up front I was using my vanity plate taken from my car I sold, when I got to the dealership there seemed to be a problem, (we could of saved an hour and my experience buying the car would of b from my car I sold, when I got to the dealership there seemed to be a problem, (we could of saved an hour and my experience buying the car would of been more pleasant, if they would of just phoned me to bring my registration with me). Also, the $500 deposit was to be added to the money put down and wasn’t. I was not happy about that. I’m waiting for it to be returned. Dan kept me informed along the way as to the status of when the car would be in and setting the appointment to pick up the car. He made himself available if I have questions about anything with the car going forward, which is very nice. He signed me up for the online service at the Toyota Dealership on Rt 19 ( a little closer to my home) This two year service is a nice perk. More
