I came in with my transmission overheating. They diagnosed and told me I needed a new transmission. Hauled the truck to dealership that purchased it from due to the fact it had a lifetime power They diagnosed and told me I needed a new transmission. Hauled the truck to dealership that purchased it from due to the fact it had a lifetime powertrain warranty but work was required to be done there. After getting it to other dealership the diagnosed it as having a bad torque converter. The truck only had 40k miles so I knew it didn’t need a complete transmission. Not sure what going on with the trans tech at bush auto but they obviously don’t know what they are doing or they were just trying to take advantage of me not sure. Really dissappointed and I feel like they should reimburse me the diagnostic fee because didn’t even have correct diagnosis. More
