I was driving from Austin to Norman when my 2020 QX60 transmission blew I'm 52 years old and I have to say this dealership was the best I've visited. I was driving from Austin to Norman when my 2020 QX60 transmission blew out (58,500 miles). Everyone was very accommodating. This happened on a Tuesday. I picked my car back up on Saturday. All covered under warranty. They even gave me a loaner car to finish my trip and head back to Austin. I think I will drive 2 1/2 hours to purchase my next car from GRUBBS. Thank you More

My resent experience with Grubbs Infiniti service department was great! Took my car in to have my tires and car inspected. I didn't realize it was time for my 15,000 point inspection. I was on a tigh department was great! Took my car in to have my tires and car inspected. I didn't realize it was time for my 15,000 point inspection. I was on a tight time schedule and had to be on my way by a certain time. My service advisor (Danny) was able to meet my time request and delivered my car back to me washed and vacuumed.
