The dealership was excellent in how I was treated and demonstrated their extraordinary care for their customers. The vehicle I was interested in buying was out on a loaner program that wasn’t finished ye demonstrated their extraordinary care for their customers. The vehicle I was interested in buying was out on a loaner program that wasn’t finished yet. They pulled a few strings the same day to bring the vehicle in for me to see within 30 minutes and then eventually buy. Matt was excellent in walking through the whole process and was extremely hospitable. He stayed late so that we could finalize the purchase. He was honest and explained what was happening at each step of the purchase. This is now my second purchase at this dealership, and I have enjoyed the care and vehicles from City Chevrolet. More
