This is primarily because of Danny. However, I am much less impressed with the sales staff for new vehicles. I was interested in a vehicle, a deal was on the table, it fell apart and the followup was abysmal. If I purchase another Volkswagen, I doubt it will be from this dealership. however, I would bring any Volkswagen in for service. Too bad the sales side of the business is not of the same caliper as the service department. More
