Volkswagen of Ocala has been servicing my Jetta since I moved to Ocala 4 years ago. It is the cleanest dealership with the most comfortable waiting room I have ever seen. My car is nine years old, so I dep moved to Ocala 4 years ago. It is the cleanest dealership with the most comfortable waiting room I have ever seen. My car is nine years old, so I depend on their annual inspection. This year there were no problems discovered, but when there are they are always documented with photos or even a video recorded by the technician to explain what needs to be done. I have had occasional problems in between annual service which are always taken care of quickly and usually without charge - for example checking out a check engine light, how to turn off the tire light after filling the tires. Everyone at the dealership is cheerful and helpful, but I really trust Caleb to take good care of me. More
