The 2nd coupon I presented was $89 but Caleb said in the fine print it only included 5 qts oil and my Atlas used 6.5 qts. I asked to pay extra for the 1.5 qts with coupon and Caleb said no. The 3rd coupon was for 10% off and he didn’t even apply it. I’ve never paid over $140 for an oil change. As a customer I felt ripped off and ignored especially being a female. This dealership gives VW a bad reputation. More
