Our sales associate, Mr. Warren Purvis, went above and beyond of what was expected of him to find us a vehicle. He was able to locate a GLE with the exact specifications that we ordered and had it shipped to New Orleans in only 5 days. During the entire process, Warren stayed in touch with us and gave us detailed updates. The management team is also top notch. Mr. Danny Van always remembers my name when I arrive on the showroom floor and provides help with any of my needs. On Saturday morning, I drove straight to the dealership, Certified Pre-owned section and met Ernie Debus, my sales consultant. Ernie is knowledgeable and passionate about Mercedes. He asked me how he could help me. I told him and he thoroughly explained the details and safety of the cars. In less than an hour, I had made a decision. The perfect ML350 was right there waiting for me! 2015 Mercedes certified, 42,000 miles (just broken in, really).
