Attempted a bait and switch. Quoted and out the door price, then when we finally got to the financing, all the sudden they're quoted price was not legit. Their employee told me, the wrong information was given to me, which is what I based my $568 MI trip to pick up the vehicle on. While I will say they did make some concessions, I ended up paying the inflated price. I even had their quote in writing with the text conversation I had with their representative. Meanwhile I'm 8 hours from my home and they're doing this dance with me. They were very pleasant and treated me with respect, but they were all about the money, making sure that they felt good about themselves, and making sure I didn't take this to small claims court. I'm sure they're not unlike many other dealerships, but if you buy something from Nissan of the Bronx, you had better prepare for a 6-hour sale and maybe not satisfaction in the end. You've been warned. More

10/10 would NOT recommend. When I first got in the car I noticed a sound when i would be on an incline and use the brakes. When I brought my car in they told me the sound was normal and everything was fine but they would do a second check.They came back to say the brakes have corrosion and recommend them to be replaced. I was also gaslit my the salesperson because I know/ remember what he said and when and where and he saying it never happened. I’ve spoken to the manager he said he would get back to me and never did. I’ve spoken to a couple managers, the last time I spoke to either of them I called. I’ve yet to hear back. Please be aware of safety issues with used vehicles from Nissan of the Bronx. More
