The dealership wanted an opportunity to purchase the Porsche I was selling .. we came to an agreement on price .. I decided to buy a used BMW on their lot .. finance came with figures totaling about $4, Porsche I was selling .. we came to an agreement on price .. More than it should have been .. $2,000 for a leather protection applied during dealer prep .. and charged twice for dealer fees .. I made it clear that this was two transactions .. the sale of my car and the purchase of another .. no trade .. I wrote a check for the deposit on my purchase and asked that the balance after paying off the lender for my car be put into my bank account .. 5 days passed and the Porsche still wasn’t paid off .. so they have my Porsche and still haven’t paid for it .. the salesperson would take messages from me .. the finance guy finally called and said that it could take up to 2 weeks for the transaction with my car before I get paid for the sale .. It was a push and pull transaction that started like a bait and switch.. trying to charge me after the sale for something that I didn’t ask for .. then arguing with me about the double charges on the dealer fees … It was 3 hours of frustration and ended with them still 7 days later not giving me my money .. If there was a rating lower than 1 that’s what I would give them .. More
