Unfortunately an observed a lack of understanding and knowledge of customer service and poor responses to my concerns regarding the vehicle I was interested in. I walked away pretty frustrated from my in knowledge of customer service and poor responses to my concerns regarding the vehicle I was interested in. I walked away pretty frustrated from my initial visit, yet returned 4 days later after a reduction in price and a promise that the issues with the dirtiness and stains in the interior of the vehicle were going to be taken care off before the purchase, unfortunately they lied about it as well. After I had purchased the vehicle it took another two weeks of me bothering the sales person in other to get the vehicle in, and spent half a day at the dealership to still get the car dirty and stained, they had completed a superficial cleaning that didn’t do much and I could have done a better job at home. Unfortunately the vehicle has been sitting at the dealership for a whole week now and there is not much info on where the cleaning will be done. They did provided us with a loaner vehicle. This is the first time in my life I have such a disappointing experience with a dealership. I wish I will have gone with my gut and not return to the dealership to purchase the vehicle. In addition I had an approval with USAA and they didn’t want it because they had to wait 2 days for the wire transfer and end up pushing me to get finance thru TD even after I said that I was ok with not picking up the vehicle until after they get the wire from USAA.
