I would never use this dealership again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. From the very beginning, my experience was horrible, but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I was told by Q that, because I live in Jacksonville, Florida, all I needed to do was come in and sign some paperwork because he emailed me the paperwork that i completed before hand. When I arrived, I ended up sitting there for hours. There was no organization whatsoever, and I even witnessed another customer complaining about how long he had been waiting. My salesperson was not at work when I arrived, even though I had been told to come in. I was told that he had left my file with another salesperson, but that person had no idea what was in my file or what was going on with my deal. I was then told that I was approved and was allowed to take the vehicle back to Jacksonville. Later, they suddenly claimed they needed additional paperwork from me. They had me drive all the way back to the dealership, only to take the vehicle away from me. The entire experience was extremely frustrating and, in my opinion, completely unacceptable. I feel that I was given misleading information throughout the process just to get my business and make their numbers. This matter is not over. I will be consulting with my attorney to have the situation reviewed and determine what options I have. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. More

Before signing, I specifically asked to see the monthly payment and interest rate in writing, so this was extremely disappointing to discover afterward. I strongly recommend reviewing every number carefully and making sure the exact payment and interest rate are clearly documented before signing anything. More

Unfortunately an observed a lack of understanding and knowledge of customer service and poor responses to my concerns regarding the vehicle I was interested in. I walked away pretty frustrated from my in knowledge of customer service and poor responses to my concerns regarding the vehicle I was interested in. I walked away pretty frustrated from my initial visit, yet returned 4 days later after a reduction in price and a promise that the issues with the dirtiness and stains in the interior of the vehicle were going to be taken care off before the purchase, unfortunately they lied about it as well. After I had purchased the vehicle it took another two weeks of me bothering the sales person in other to get the vehicle in, and spent half a day at the dealership to still get the car dirty and stained, they had completed a superficial cleaning that didn’t do much and I could have done a better job at home. Unfortunately the vehicle has been sitting at the dealership for a whole week now and there is not much info on where the cleaning will be done. They did provided us with a loaner vehicle. This is the first time in my life I have such a disappointing experience with a dealership. I wish I will have gone with my gut and not return to the dealership to purchase the vehicle. In addition I had an approval with USAA and they didn’t want it because they had to wait 2 days for the wire transfer and end up pushing me to get finance thru TD even after I said that I was ok with not picking up the vehicle until after they get the wire from USAA.
