Jamie Gomer was so helpful and kind. Honda absolutely EXCELS at customer service which unfortunately has become extinct- but not at Honda! They care! Jamie made sure that my car was all Honda absolutely EXCELS at customer service which unfortunately has become extinct- but not at Honda! They care! Jamie made sure that my car was all taken care of, he made sure all of my concerns were addressed (he did not rush me out the door or dismiss me), he even arranged an Uber to my home and then back so I wouldn’t have to wait.
