Work service excellent . one thing I was mislead when I purchase the top platinum coverage package I was told I Woukd only have to pay for tires and blades. Well I was misled last service I was charged 100 deductible . For work on my AC that was done twice same complaint blueing warm air. This may draw I to another brand in my next car, I bring this up In all my conversation with friends! More

My experience at this dealership was a frustrating contradiction. I am giving this a 3-star rating because the Sales and Service teams were 5-star, but the Finance department was a 1-star experience t contradiction. I am giving this a 3-star rating because the Sales and Service teams were 5-star, but the Finance department was a 1-star experience that nearly caused me to walk away from the deal entirely. I want to specifically commend the Sales and Service teams—Teddy and Don in Sales and Darin in Service were exceptional, kind, and transparent. They took the time to explain every detail and followed through on every promise, delivering a truly premium customer experience. Unfortunately, this was completely overshadowed by my encounter with the Finance Manager. Despite my request for a full breakdown of the deal before coming into the dealership, I was only provided with limited pages that lacked the full price breakdown. When I arrived, I discovered undisclosed charges had been added to the final contract specifically a $1,000 charge for window tinting on a vehicle that already came with factory-tinted glass. When I questioned this discrepancy, Matt was aggressive and unprofessional. He refused my repeated requests to speak with other senior members of the dealership, insisting that he was the only one I could talk to. I was insulted, belittled regarding my ability to make payments, and called 'unreasonable' and 'greedy' simply for asking for transparency on finance terms. The atmosphere in his office was so hostile and suffocating that I eventually handed back the keys and walked away from the deal. The lack of accountability continued even after I terminated the transaction; Matt told me a sales associate would assist with the return, but he never followed up. I was left in limbo for an extended period of time until Teddy stepped in to help resolve the situation and eventually saved the deal. Honda was my first car, and I have always felt a strong sense of loyalty toward the brand. It is deeply disappointing that one individual's behavior and total lack of transparency can single-handedly ruin the hard work of the sales and service departments. This experience has fundamentally changed my view of this dealership. More

Customer service has gone downhill over the past years since the take change over of ownership. At service appts you're told one thing, then when your vehicle is done you're told another. False promises and deceptive advertisements are a very poor business practice. More
