I did not meet Mr.Gonzales but am sure he would have rated a 5 star review if I had. I dealt with London Tobin and he was personable while he did his job in a very professional manner. Virtual Car Education With COVID-19 all around us, it's amazing what can be done without being in close contact. Today Darla was able to help me learn all about my new Acse With COVID-19 all around us, it's amazing what can be done without being in close contact. Today Darla was able to help me learn all about my new Acsent more effectively than I could have ever guessed you could through a Zoom chat. She did an excellent job explaining all the features and how they worked and how I will be able to enjoy my new Subaru. Overall Tucson Subaru has been a great experience buying a car and getting to know how it operates. Darla was very patient and helpful and willing to take the time it took for me to figure out all the new features of my car. I appreciate her effort and will call her again if there is anything else that I come across that I don't understand or know how to use properly. She's a great resource to learn how to use your new car. More

Overall excellent. Service: Poor. My experience of Service staff members (two) put the responsibility on me by saying: The car works, problems is your phone, when Apple Car Play stop My experience of Service staff members (two) put the responsibility on me by saying: The car works, problems is your phone, when Apple Car Play stopped working for me after five days.. I should have heard from Service: We haven't figured this out yet, and we will." In fact, the problem was not my phone. Only by coincidence, when a service employee overheard other staff and volunteered to help was the fix found. I was at the point of having to consider another vehicle. This is not the customer service touted in the phone recording I listened to over and over again, waiting over three days of multiple phone calls and two unnecessary trips from Green Valley. My salesman, Mike Habib was superb in support! Steve Norris, tech help, clarified my phone worked in other vehicles in the showroom. Service continued for two days to put the problem on my/my phone. Poor service attitude to the customer. More

Communication when setting up the appointment could have been a bit clearer, but part of that was due to the nature of the COVID19 pandemic. Thanks Subaru!
