Disappointed After the Sale – Still Waiting on My Second Key The car buying process at Keith Pierson Toyota was smooth overall, and I appreciated the help from Frank while purchasing my 2025 Land Cruiser Key The car buying process at Keith Pierson Toyota was smooth overall, and I appreciated the help from Frank while purchasing my 2025 Land Cruiser at the end of April, 2025. However, I was told the vehicle would come with two keys, and I only received one at delivery. It is now the middle of June. Since then, I’ve reached out multiple times about this missing second key, and despite being told it would be resolved, nothing has happened. It's incredibly frustrating to make a major purchase like this and be left chasing down something that should’ve been handled upfront. At this point, I’m leaving this review in hopes of getting a resolution. I’d prefer not to escalate this further, but I do expect follow-through on what was promised. More
