Purchased vehicle and was originally told panel could be repaired and then was told with vehicles over 80k miles they don’t repair the same as others. There was a previous repair to the passenger fender that was not done right. The day I purchased taillight was out on same side as damage. Had to get that fixed and then went to car wash and water pour in front windshield. Waiting to get that fixed. Also going to have to take vehicle to body shop and pay for the repairs that echo park would not do on my own. Also got the car on empty when I purchased and the manager would only put half a tank of gas even though I have had issues from the beginning. Would not recommend. Only person that seemed like she cared was Katee everyone else I spoke with did not. They give you a 250 mile 7 day return policy which is not enough time to find everything that is wrong with the vehicle. Even through it supposedly went through a thorough inspection. Buyer beware. More

It was one of the smoothest car purchases I have ever done. Peter was amazing, and the car was exactly as described and pictured on the internet. This was my SECOND car purchased from EchoPark, and it wa done. Peter was amazing, and the car was exactly as described and pictured on the internet. No haggle, No Hassle... the car is perfect... you know the price...no waiting all dang day to go back and forth with "the manager" doing "figures"... and 8 hours later you leave unhappy...etc etc.... I showed up, Peter had the car ready... it looked amazing... and he walked us thru the easy purchase... Financing and All... the numbers were exactly as discussed before we arrived... I was comfortable for the entire purchase... and more importantly, even 3 days later, I STILL feel like they treated me fairly... someday i will will buy my 3rd car there...
