He listened as I explained what I would like to do, and the fact that I was pressed for time due to job commitments, and he set to work. Darrell (and everyone else I came in contact with) was polite, professional and friendly, and I got back to work on time with all documents completed, and returned a few hours later to take delivery of the beautiful new Escalade!
