"UpGrade" I was in the market for an upgrade on my Chevrolet SUV for a while. I already had in mind that I would stick with the same location of where I would I was in the market for an upgrade on my Chevrolet SUV for a while. I already had in mind that I would stick with the same location of where I would normally purchase from. However, there are times as individuals we have to change our perspective when we want better. So, not only did I change & "upgrade" my perspective but I "upgraded" on the type of customer service I wanted and I also "upgraded" on the professionalism. "Exceptional Service" Darrel Gibson I started out at JUD KUHN in Little River. The salesman was not very educated on the selling me an vehicle. He claim he couldn't find me an vehicle th I started out at JUD KUHN in Little River. The salesman was not very educated on the selling me an vehicle. He claim he couldn't find me an vehicle that I want with certain option in it. He also stated I will never find an better deal in future. They offer me one price then change it three difference time. They promise to call me back next day the salesman and manager. But never did until 2 day later. I remember the another salesman name Darrell Gibson at Myrtle Beach location. I went to explain my problem I experienced at other dealership. He told he will work his magic and get me in the vehicle I want . He call and email me daily to remind me he working on it. He search difference location even offer to have me one built if he have too. I was really impress with his motivation. I also want to thank Tony financial manager too. I love my Traverse.
