Finance Manager, Gavyn, even made the paperwork experience a pleasure - I know, hard to believe but true. The amazing class leading iForce Max technology on this truck is different than what I’ve been accustomed to, which lead me to some questions. All of the service department staff were awesome with answering those questions for me - without an appointment - simply outstanding customer care! Parts department were courteous and fast. Had my bed mat overnight, and by the way, it is an awesome addition, would highly recommend it. Everyone at Heritage was fantastic to me and I wish to include them all.
