Car Buying Experience The thought of buying a car has always been an experience I dreaded having to do one day. I’ve heard plenty of horrible stories or terrible experiences so of course I was nervous. I wasn’t 100% ready to buy a car yet but as luck would have it I ended up needing a new car and pretty quickly at that. I did my research and viewed hundreds of cars online but nothing really peaked my interest until I saw 1 car that I wanted, it was a used Honda at West Hills Nissan. I drove out on a Sunday to take a look and avoid having to talk to anybody. The car was nice but I hesitated because the interior wasn’t what I would have liked. I went home that night and contemplated contacting the dealership on Monday, well of course Monday came and went and by Tuesday the car was gone. I continued my search and surprisingly enough another car popped up which was used but newer so I figured it was now or never, I drove out the following Monday after Thanksgiving to see this Hyundai Sonata. I walked in to the dealership to talk to someone about a test drive and that’s where I met Darren. Even with a great first experience I still went home not ready to pull the trigger and needed to speak with my auto insurance to get a quote and see what they had to offer. I sat on the computer reviewing the worksheet Darren provided me and eventually I decided to make the move and apply. Tuesday I found out I was approved and picked the car up Wednesday. The entire experience was painless and easy. Darren kept in touch with me throughout the process and I couldn’t be more grateful to him for the excellent service. More
