Service department should be more proactive at informing a client status updates an a part when the vehicle is down and waiting for a year. Regular communication would have put me at ease and insure I wasn’t forgotten about. Even if there was no updates, a phone call or text initiated by your team (instead of by me) every couple of weeks would have gone a long way. More

My experience was very fair. Everyone I worked with shot me as “straight” as I could expect for a dealership. While they are obviously still trying to sell a car (I’ve done enough sales training to understand when they’re being “salesy”) it was very nice to break down with them on a personal level and actually feel like I was having a human experience in purchasing a vehicle. They told me when they were obligated to tell me about certain programs even when they know I wouldn’t purchase them. It felt much more low pressure than any other dealership experience I’ve had. More
